After reading many healthy lifestyle blogs for a couple of years now, I have decided to finally start my own!
I have never been one to make resolutions, but this year I have decided to! I have many plans for myself.
2010 was an great year! I gave birth to my baby girl in April and ran my first 10K (kinda) in September, along with a ton of other stuff with my family! I have struggled with healthy eating and working out though. It has been a battle. I have been accountable for a few weeks, and then off the wagon for the next few weeks...... and so on.
1. So my number one goal for 2011 is to start eating healthy on a regular basis!
2. Number 2 is to start working out regularly and run a 10k in the Spring, with a half marathon hopefully in the Fall;)
3. Number 3 will be to get my thyroid under control. Long story but it has been pretty much 2 years since I have had normal levels.......
4. I need to start watching how much money I am spending........ Try to save a little..........
So that's it for my New Year's Resolutions.............. Let's see if I can stick to them!
